I want to start this with a joke about misfits, so you can have a good laugh and we kick things off on a light note. The problem is I’m not very good at jokes, so we’ll just do each other a favour and stick to what I know. Of course, it would be nice if I told you a joke, but that’s not my job and it’s something you can forgive. When you make hiring decisions, how do you differentiate necessities from nice-to-haves?
